秦明伟，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2003年留校工作至今，2009年硕士毕业于西南科技大学通信与信息系统专业，2015年博士毕业于电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业。作为智能通信与高速信号处理团队负责人、通信专业负责人，主要研究方向包括软件无线电与认知通信、高速信号实时处理、空间射电信号监测与分析、智能算法硬件加速与自适应计算等。主持及参与国家重大仪器专项、自然基金、国防基础科研以及企事业委托科研项目30余项;发表论文50余篇，获省部级科技进步二等奖1项（排名第3），申请获授权发明专利6项，软件著作权3项。研制的通用高速信号处理平台已应用于信道编译码算法性能评估、宽带数传、北斗导航芯片开发评估模拟、天文射电信号观测、视觉测量等领域。

Dr. Mingwei Qin is an associate professor in the Southwest University of Science & Technology. He received his doctor’s degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2015. As the leader of ACSP team, he has published more than30 papers, and finished more than 20 projects. Some of the projects were funded by NSFC. His research interest includes SDR and Adaptive Communication; High Speed Signal Acquisition and Processing; Hardware Acceleration and so on.
