Yuqing Lan, Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor (Software Engineering Discipline, Cyberspace Security Discipline). Senior member of CCF, editorial board member of "Cyberspace Security". Vice Chairman of KylinSoft Corporation (KylinSoft). Member of Industrial Transformation Advisory Committee of Tsinghua University Internet Industry Research Institute. He has long been engaged in computer operating system, IoT operating system platform and trusted computing research. He has led more than 40 research projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Major Science and Technology Project "Nuclear High Foundation", National 863 Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, and General Assembly Preliminary Research. Currently, he is leading a basic strengthening project of the Science and Technology Commission of the Military Commission. He has been responsible for the development, testing, solution customization and ecological construction of Kirin OS. He has trained 6 PhD students and more than 80 master students. The project of "GJB 7696-2012 Military Server Operating System Evaluation Requirements" won the first prize of China Standard Innovation Contribution Award in 2018; the research results won the second prize of Army Science and Technology Progress and the second prize of Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress; more than 50 authorized invention patents; more than 50 SCI/EI papers published; the first author (translator) and the first author (translator) of more than 50 papers. He has published more than 50 SCI/EI papers and 2 reference textbooks and 6 translations, including "Application Porting from Windows to Linux - Platform Technology and Interface" as the first author. He has worked and exchanged ideas with IBM/Lotus, Ubique, and Queensland University of Technology in Australia.

兰雨晴，男，工学博士，教授，博士生导师（软件工程学科、网络空间安全学科）。北航软件工程研究所副所长。CCF高级会员，《网络空间安全》编委。麒麟软件有限公司（KylinSoft Corporation）副董事长。清华大学互联网产业研究院产业转型顾问委员会委员。长期从事计算机操作系统、物联网操作系统平台及可信计算研究。主持完成了包括国家自然科学基金、国家重大科技专项“核高基”、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划、总装预研等在内的40余项科研项目。目前正在主持军委科技委某基础加强项目。先后负责麒麟操作系统研发、测试、解决方案定制、生态建设等工作。培养博士研究生6名、硕士研究生80余名。参加的“GJB 7696-2012军用服务器操作系统测评要求”项目，荣获2018年中国标准创新贡献奖一等奖；研究成果获军队科技进步二等奖1项，省部级科技进步二等奖2项；授权发明专利50余项；发表SCI/EI论文50余篇；以第一著（译）者出版《从Windows到Linux的应用移植实现-平台技术与接口篇》等参考教材2 本、译著6 本。曾赴美国IBM/Lotus总部、以色列魏兹曼科技园Ubique总部、澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学等地工作交流。
