肖富元教授，重庆大学

Fuyuan Xiao received her Ph.D. degree from Kumamoto University, Japan in 2014 (supported by a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan), and is currently a professor and Ph. She is mainly engaged in the research of information fusion, intelligent information processing, uncertain information modeling and decision making, and quantum information processing. Her research results have been published as first author and corresponding author in IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, Information Fusion and other journals. Among them, two papers have been selected as "High Impact Research of the Year by Chinese Authors" in the field of computer science by Springer Nature in 2020 and 2021 respectively. She is the expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the expert of Dissertation Review of Ministry of Education. She is a Lead Guest Editor of International Journal of Fuzzy Systems and International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, and a reviewer of several international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, etc.

肖富元，2014年日本熊本大学获得博士学位（日本文部科学省奖学金资助），现为重庆大学教授、博士生导师、“弘深青年学者”，重庆英才·青年拔尖人才。主要从事信息融合、智能信息处理、不确定信息建模和决策、量子信息处理领域的研究工作，研究成果以第一作者和通讯作者身份在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, Information Fusion等刊物上发表。其中，2篇学术论文分别入选Springer Nature旗下计算机科学领域2020、2021年度“中国作者年度高影响力研究精选”。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评议专家，教育部学位中心学位论文通讯评议专家。担任SCI期刊International Journal of Fuzzy Systems和International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks的Lead Guest Editor，以及多个国际期刊评审人，包括IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics等。
