李万春 副教授，电子科技大学

Wanchun Li was born in 1978. He received his bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree in 1999, 2002 and 2009 respectively from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). He is currently an associate professor in UESTC. He has published more than 20 Journal Article. Now he serves as a guest editor of special issues in Applied Sciences. He has served as a reviewer for multiple important domestic and international journals and conferences. His research interests include statistical signal processing, passive location, etc.

李万春，出生于1978年， 1999、2002、2009年分别于电子科技大学获得本科、硕士、博士学位，现担任电子科技大学副教授。到目前为止已在IEEE/IET等期刊发表期刊论文20余篇，现担任Applied Sciences期刊客座编辑，担任多个国内外重要期刊与重要会议审稿人。研究兴趣为统计信号处理、无源定位等。
